Surprise, surprise! Painting watercolours on canvas is so very different from working on paper, and you can still achieve the essence of watercolour with awesome and intriguing results.

Come to learn many tips, tricks, and techniques to lead you to a happy place within this marvellous medium on canvas.

Why paint watercolour on canvas? Framing is not necessary. Preserving the watercolour surface is possible. A simple change of surface choice can sometimes stimulate creativity with many new effects available.

There will be demonstrations, one-on-one assistance, and conversations around individual questions.

Please prepare a primed canvas with 1 or 2 coats of watercolour ground, first applied in one direction, then in the other direction, and include the sides. See materials list.
