Cancellation Policy

With 7 days notice, we will offer a credit or refund. With less than 7 days but at least 48 hours notice, we will offer a credit. Otherwise, no refund or credit will be given, including if a student does not attend. We thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

Would you like to discover a different way of artistic expression by using your digital camera or your phone’s camera to create amazingly beautiful photographs with an artistic flair? Would you like to explore a different creative resource for inspiration and ideas for your artwork by taking photographs with Intentional Camera Movement (ICM)? Then this class is for you!

Amina will lead you through an exploration of your camera’s  ability to use long exposure with deliberate movement during  that exposure. The result can be stunning and fantastical images to either present as photographs or inspire stunning artwork, either of which modifies reality and can create an emotional response in your viewers. 

You will learn to choose the image you want instead of the one your camera chooses for you. This class includes an ICM practice session indoors and outdoors, after which Amina will review everyone’s work for the benefit of learning and improvement.
