Creating your own unique piece of jewellery can bring with it a sense of pride each time you wear it. Marilyn Olivia Clayton creates stunning jewellery and this is an opportunity to learn from her. You will go home with a beautiful bracelet made of woven wire.
In this class you will learn the basics of wrapping and weaving your own wire as well as applying beads or stones to suit your taste. You will learn how to make simple hinge and hook and eye closures. The pliers Marilyn supplies as part of your materials kit are small and specific to working with jewellery. You’ll learn how to use them so you can make more wire woven pieces, as you’ll take home any wire you don’t use in class.
