Stan Wojtaszek has had a fascination with photography from his earliest childhood. He received his first camera at the age of twelve, using it to preserve memories of family and friends. Shortly after entering the full time workforce, he purchased a 35 mm camera and his education, and passion, for the medium flourished. Living in the far northern reaches of Ontario, he naturally gravitated toward landscape and nature photography, documenting the beauty of the land around him.

Early in the new millennium, he began to tinker with the relatively new digital medium. Over the past seven years his conversion is completed. Although still enjoying his surroundings, he is beginning to turn more toward creating a more artistic exploration of his vision.

Stan is actively involved with KAN. He currently sits on the Steering Committee as the Advertizing and Promotion chair.
